By using this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Please read them before placing an order.
1. General
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order. Products shown on the website are subject to availability, and we may discontinue any product at any time.
You agree not to misuse the website, including by interfering with its security or operation, using bots or scripts to access or copy its content, or posting content that is unlawful or harmful. We may suspend or close the account of any user who breaks these Terms.
2. Membership Account
You must register a free Naseehat membership account and log in before placing an order. When you register, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Hold only one account per person.
You can view your orders and update your details in My Account. To close your account, contact us at support@naseehat.my.
3. New Member Discount
New members receive a 30% discount on their first purchase. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when you are logged in to your member account.
The discount applies to the product subtotal only and does not apply to shipping fees.
It can be used once per member account and cannot be combined with other coupon codes.
It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
We may cancel the discount, or the order, if we detect abuse such as one person creating multiple accounts. We may change or end this promotion at any time.
4. Prices and Orders
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and do not include shipping fees, which are shown at checkout.
Your order is confirmed only after your payment is successful and you receive our order confirmation email.
If a product is out of stock, or a price was displayed in error, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid in full.
Orders shipped to Singapore may be subject to import duties and taxes payable by the recipient.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by CHIP. We accept online banking (FPX), Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, and other payment methods shown at checkout. See our Payment Policy for details.
6. Delivery
We ship within Malaysia and to Singapore. Delivery times and fees are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, you may contact us to cancel it and receive a refund.
7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
Returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
8. Product Information
We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may look different depending on your screen, and minor variations in printing or materials may occur.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on naseehat.my, including text, images, logos, designs and book content, belongs to Naseehat or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Naseehat is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, natural disasters or system outages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts continue to apply.
