At Naseehat, all online payments are processed securely through CHIP, a Malaysian payment gateway. Your transactions are encrypted and protected, and we never see or store your full card or online banking details.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available through CHIP at checkout:
i) Online Banking (FPX)
Pay directly from your Malaysian bank account through FPX, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB, Bank Islam, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and other participating banks.
ii) Credit & Debit Cards
Visa
Mastercard
iii) Other Payment Methods
Other CHIP payment options, such as e-wallets, may be offered at checkout from time to time. The payment methods shown on the checkout page when you place your order are the ones available for that order.
2. Currency and Charges
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Naseehat does not charge any extra fee for paying online.
Your bank or card issuer may apply its own charges, for example for overseas cards or currency conversion. These charges are borne by you.
3. Secure Checkout
All payments are processed by CHIP over encrypted (SSL) connections. Card and online banking details are entered on CHIP's secure payment page or your bank's own page, and are never stored on naseehat.my.
4. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successful, you will receive:
An order confirmation email from Naseehat
A payment receipt from Naseehat or CHIP
If your payment fails or is cancelled, your order will not be processed and you can try again. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically.
If money was deducted but you did not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number before trying to pay again.
5. Duplicate Payments and Refunds
If you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us with your order number and we will refund the duplicate amount in full to your original payment method. Refunds for other reasons follow our Refund Policy.
