Naseehat Holding Sdn Bhd (202101003053 / 1403351-U) ("Naseehat", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data when you use naseehat.my, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. Personal Data We Collect

Account details: your name, email address and password when you register as a member.
Order details: billing and shipping address, phone number, the items you buy and your order history.
Payment details: payments are processed by CHIP. We receive confirmation that you have paid, but we do not receive or store your full card or online banking details.
Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or through our forms.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, collected through cookies.

2. How We Use Your Data

To create and manage your membership account.
To process, deliver and support your orders, including exchanges and refunds.
To apply member benefits such as the new member discount.
To respond to your questions and requests.
To send newsletters and promotions, only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
To improve our website, measure our advertising, prevent fraud and comply with the law.

3. Disclosure of Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed with:

Our payment gateway (CHIP), to process your payment.
Courier companies (such as Pos Laju), to deliver your order.
Service providers that host our website and send emails on our behalf, including our newsletter service.
Analytics and advertising partners (such as Google), which receive technical data through cookies.
Government or regulatory authorities, when required by law.

These parties may use your data only to provide their services to us. Some of them may process data outside Malaysia, with appropriate safeguards in place.

Ask us to close your account and delete your data, subject to records we must keep by law.
